Linguini with swordfish, leccino olives, capers, mint, red chilis, and lemon zest

Local Honey Glazed Amish Chicken Breast with creamed leeks, white cheddar grits and micro mustard greens

Faroe Island Salmon  served with pearl couscous, roasted grape tomato, winter squash, Serrano, and baby arugula  

Pan Seared Maine Sea Scallops and wild gulf shrimp with eggplant curry, lemongrass, jasmine rice

Grilled Ribeye with potato puree and roasted brussel sprouts in black garlic and Dijon mustard sauce

Pan roasted Berkshire Pork Chop with celery root puree and lentils à la Moutarde

M+L Burger daily ground beef grilled to order on a brioche bun, with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, ketchup and whole-grain Dijon mustard.  Choice of Blue Cheese, Pepper Jack, Sharp Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, American cheese. Add crispy bacon or a fried egg.
