Grilled Hanger Steak with Chimichurri and grilled potatoes

M+L Burger daily ground beef grilled to order on a brioche bun, with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, ketchup and whole-grain Dijon mustard.  Choice of Blue Cheese, Sharp Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, American cheese. Add crispy bacon or a fried egg.
